Week Day Pricing

$75/hour*NEW RATE 6/1/25 (3 Hour Min)

Weekend Pricing

The weekend rate for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday is $500 for space usage, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. An additional damage deposit of $100 is held until the conclusion of your event.

No smoking or hookah, Glitter or Confetti, no open flames or cooktops (chafing pans with burners are ok), no holes in walls (tape is ok)

Alcohol

We allow events where there will be alcohol but you MUST purchase liquor liability insurance USING THIS LINK prior to your event. If you have a mobile bartender they should provide proof of coverage for the event.
