Our new event space in the Dewitt Home Design Center Plaza is a 1200 sqft blank canvas where we can customize the furniture and decor to match your event's theme or you can DIY your event!

About the Space

Week Day Pricing

Monday - Thursday: $60/hour (3 Hour Minimum)

Weekend Pricing

Friday - Sunday ($75/hour)

$450 for 1/2 Day: 10am - 4pm or 5:30pm - 11:30pm

$900 for Full Day: 10am - 11pm

Six 4' round tables & Six 6' Banquet Tables
50 Chivari resin chairs

Set Up & Tear Down:

1 hour before & 1 hour after for set up and tear down

Prohibited

No smoking or hookah, Glitter or Confetti, no open flames or cooktops (chafing pans with burners are ok), no holes in walls (tape is ok)

Alcohol

We allow events where there will be alcohol but you MUST purchase liquor liability insurance USING THIS LINK prior to your event. If you have a mobile bartender they should provide proof of coverage for the event.
